PHOTO REJUVINATION WITH INTENSE PULSED LIGHT

IPL 2000 allows to applicate the innovative technique of pulsed light also in  rejuvination treatments. This technique owes its success to the painless and not traumatic action which allows to activate the skin in depth stimulating the fibroblasts. The melanin is the conductor of the light band in the base layer of the skin to stimulate the creation of auto-collagen. The new collagen increases its volume replacing the damaged fibers and improving the wrinkle aspect starting from the lower surface.  We get then a wrinkles’ reduction, a lifting effect and a consequent improvement of the tissue on both men and women. The result are visible just after 2/3 sessions and go on improving with time.

IPL 2000 is born from the last generation of IPL equipment, therefore it is the result of the best techniques approved for their effectiveness. IPL 2000 emits a light band of high intensity with a duration of 30ms and a wavelength of 520 nm.

Under the effect of the impulse, the light is absorbed by the dark pigment of the hair (melanin) which acts as conductor until the bulb allowing therefore a cheratolic action.

Moreover the blood vessels, which feed the bulb, are sensible to this light band so we get their photo-coagulation. The treatment allows to reach an excellent progressive reduction of the bulbar patrimony on face and body of both men and women.

The number of hairs which regrow between one treatment and the other is really reduced and the attainment of the final result depends from the characteristics of each treated person: hair colour, skin phototype, age of the subject, method of previous epilations, current medical treatments, etc...

The working time with IPL 2000 is really short, in fact is possible to treat until 8 cm² for each light band with a recharging time of 2 seconds.

It is possible to personalize the treatment on the bases of the skin phototype and set the intensity even during the session.                                                                                 According to the principle of photothermolysis, the melanin pigment of the hairs absorbs the light in a selective way. 

The melanin is a chromophore that absorbs light in almost all the wavelengths. 

The light energy absorbed is then transformed into heat that leads to destruction of the hair bulb. 

The light is absorbed differently in different areas, depending on the concentration of melanin.
